After waiting a lifetime, we and our two daughters have finally been able to perform the Hajj, While it is an obligation for us, Hajj is rigorous, and we were concerned about being able to cope through the activities. We had always intended to perform Hajj under the guidance of Imam Joban and Sister Moeti, who has been providing this service through Arrahman Hajj. Alhamdulillah, we have had an incredible experience. Everything, from transportation (air and road) to hotels (in Mekkah and Medina), was taken care of without us needing to do anything. Our accommodations in Mekkah and Medina, being within feets from the main entrances, made it easy for us to access the holy places during prayer, day or night. Alhamdulillah food was sufficient and good, with varieties. The most important part of the whole trip was the availability for consultation, constant guidance on what we should expect and do, and being approachable all the time. My daughters truly appreciated the humility and kindness of the persons Imam Joban and Sister Moeti – in one instant Imam Joban staying behind to help out my elder daughter when he found that she lost track of us. We also acknowledge Brother Sophian, in Imam Joban’s team, was always the last one, making sure the whole group is making progress, be it Tawaf or at Safa-Marwah. We had an Incredible experience and we pray that we get another opportunity to do this all over again with them.​
